Bumps on chest after exercising?
2 or 3 days ago, I took a run in my neighborhood, pretty short, maybe 2 miles at most. While running, I noticed an itching/tingling sensation on my chest. I didn't think much of it, and continued running. Got home, took off shirt (just a white cotton t-shirt, if it matters), and noticed small red bumps all along my chest and shoulders, some even on my very upper back around the shoulder blades. They haven't disappeared since then. They're roughly 1-3mm in diameter, and are slightly raised. The itching isn't too persistent, I only feel an urge to itch if I'm reminded they're there. Any idea what this could be?
For the record, I'm an in shape 15 y/o male, shower daily, and have some seasonal allergies, but I've only ever had a rash from such when coming in direct contact with a particular type of grass/weed, and even then, it disappears after a shower and some time.
