Can Body Pump be adapted to use resistance bands instead of free weights?
I have recurring issues with my wrist, elbow and shoulder joints and find that free or machine weight training exacerbates my problems but I am generally ok using resistance bands OR tubing. I would love to rejoin the gym and do Body Pump again (as well as other classes) but would need to use bands instead of weights. Does anyone know if this can be done.
