How do I build up my chest and arm muscles without lifting weights or going to the gym?
Maybe using body resistance?
my drill instructor had us do this one day during a smoke session (he called this exercise "spring cleaning")...take a blanket, hold it out in front of you, and begin shaking it. The idea is to keep it "sailing in the air (as if you're trying to shake the dust out of it)...don't let it drop!...Do this to until you reach muscle failure...works arm chest and shoulders...
push-up's are also an excellent exercise.
