Does the Iron Gym damage the door frame?
For all the owner of the Iron Gym, does it damage your door frame? and is it a great tool for excercisin?
My dad got me one for Christmas while I was visiting him in Maine for the break. Attaches and Detaches to and from the door frame easily. Used it on the bathroom door, and the frame is still strong, no damage done. It's a great piece of workout equipment. You can do push ups, dips, crunches, and 3 different variations of chin ups. You can also do ab lifts if you buy the ab straps. Haven't even had it for a week, and I'm already feeling stronger. I definitely recommend getting it. Cheap and effective. What more could you possibly want!?
