Best diet/exercise plan to drop 50lbs in 10 months?
I need to lose a lot of weight this year for a big event. What diet supplements/exercise regiments work the best/fastest for stubborn hips and thighs?
It's hard to specifically target weight loss. But, it's definitely possible to lose 50lbs in ten months. I'd recommend any type of moderate exercise for an hour, and cutting all the high fructose corn syrup out of your diet.
