What is the best upper arm exercise?

I'm fat and flabby, what can i do to tone my upper arms. i have weights and stuff, but i need a work out schedule with exercises best for toning my upper arms

Some of the exercises in this routine uses weights so you can increase the intensity and challenges on your arm muscle.

The exercises strengthen, sculpt and define your upper arm muscles to make them firmer and tighter, hence they don't look flabby.

It's a must too to do cardio exercise (running,walking, biking, rope jumping....) for at least 30 mins per session, 3-4 times per week, to crank up your metabolism, to help blast away the excess fat from your entire body (that includes fat there in your arms too), to help you lose weight.
