Are there any exercises for the abs that would require dumbbells? What is the best abdominal exercise?
lie down on the ground. lift your knees up so your upper legs point to the ceiling and your lower legs point straight out, forming a 90 degree angle. put your hands behind your head. curl your right elbow to touch the inside of your left thigh, at the same time extend your right leg out straight but do not touch the floor. pull your leg back in so you are back to your starting position. repeat, only this time, touch your left elbow to your right thigh, extend left leg, etc. do about 30 of these, and you will be dying.
