Which exercise will burn more fat the treadmill or a mini stepper?
I want to really firm my butt and legs while losing an extra 10 to 15 lbs. Also if they should both be used should I alternate the days I use them. I also use a resistance band 3xs a week and hoop dance almost everyday which has really helped my stomach area. I'm just in a plateau and need aadvice on how to kick it up for the last 10lbs. thanks

the intensity and duration of exercise determines how much of
an increase there is in the metabolic rate in the hours after exercise. for maximum fat loss you want to exercise at about 70% of the VO2max for 60-80 minutes. this causes the metabolic rate to remain elevated for hours after exercise, this is when the real fat loss takes place.
you should use both pieces of equipment as the mechanics of each one is different. in addition to those pieces of equipment I would do some form of running outside. for maximum fat burning sprints hands down are king. anytime you exercise at maximum effort the increase in the metabolic rate after exercise will be maximimized. exercising at maximum effort also causes the greatest increase in growth hormone secretion. GH is the most powerful fat burnig substance that the human body produces. 10 full out 100 meter sprints is all you need to do 2-3x a week. it's surely not easy but it's how you get the body to burn some serious body fat.
