I need a full, effective arm exercise routine, help me out?
I'm 15, I've been jogging every day, and working out every other day (after my jog) for about 4 months now. I finally got a good set of adjustable dumbbells, and I really want to buff up my arms, as they've always been kind of lanky.
I see a difference in strength and size already, but nothing big at all.
My best advice is to put the dumbells on ebay and buy yourself a pull up bar..pull ups (over and under hand) are the best form of exercise for the arm because you can work the biceps, triceps, forearms and shoulders very simply and incredibly effectively. Combined with pull ups try tricep dips and the many variants of push ups there are out there (have a look on wikipeida).
Do these 3 exercises will give you surprisingly strong arms with lots of functional muscle
