child hurt in school where is a lawyer?
live here in va and my daughter 3rd grade had PE they where out running behind the baseball cage and she ran into the 3ft post which had a electric box on and punctured her lower abdouim and her left inner theig The gym teacher yelled u new this was here why didnt u look she was screaming and cring from ther soposely the teacher said when u get done screaming u can go to the nurse if u want , she didnt here this and contuined to do her GYm then went to nurse told the nurse she said lay down then ask if feeling better she said yes went back to class,,, this was aorund 10:15am lunch time she went to go to the bathroom there was blood on her underwear and pants she wnet to the nurse this was 1pm then the nurse called me and I came to pick her up took her to the docotrs and she had a puncture wound Got the acident report from school and does not go along with what had happen makes my daughter look as idf she lied Where is there help for kids today?
there is no help for kids except what you provide yourself.
get lawyer and inform school
