Who works out barefoot at the gym more, girls or boys and men?
I recently went to the gym when it was really hot and when I checked the weight-training area I saw most boys and men working out completely barefoot without socks after they shed their shoes while the girls did just train with their shoes on. Is this gender contrast familiar to girls and guys in your local gym? If not, do the girls maybe prefer to workout barefoot or more? I'd like to know
