How To Build Your Calf Muscle Fast
Calf Muscle –everyone wants it but very few people get it?
Why? Because when it comes to building your calf muscles you require the right genes and then the right calf exercise routine
Whiles we can’t change the look of our calf muscles we can change the size of them within our genetic calf muscle capacity
Some people can build their calf muscle simply by looking at weights others need a good calf exercise routine to develop their calf muscles
So in this article I will show you how to develop your calf muscle
All you need for big calves are three calf exercises- namely the standing calf raise, the donkey calf raise and the seated calf raise
All you need is two sets of standing calf raises, two sets of donkey calf raises and two sets of seated calf raises , and all you need to do is perform them two or three times a week
But the less genetically gifted individuals may have to do something special or employ some additional intensity training principles in order to get good calf development. Experts recommend donkey raises as being the best calf exercise. They can be used as your major mass building exercise for calves.
To do the donkey calf raise correctly you need to perform it bare foot or try wearing something soft on your feet (like slippers) that don't give your arch much support.
Keep your legs locked and lower your feet down past the step for a good stretch, hold that deep stretch, now begin to lift but as you perform the lift, roll forward onto your big toes, not sideways toward your other toes.
Perform this until you take your calf muscles to positive failure for maximum calf muscle stimula6tion
And here is a key step when trying to build big calf muscles - try not to rest between sets of your calf exercises. I.e. Between sets, do toe raises as follows
Simply stand right on the end of your toes like a ballet dancer, in order to achieve peak contraction of your calf muscles. Hold it as long as you can and then when done do another set of donkey calf raises
This is the best calf exercise you can do for your calf muscle - because of the way the calf muscles at the back of the leg are stretched out when you're working the calves in a bent-over position.
Donkey raises are recommended as the best calf exercise, but they also have to be performed with the correct technique and the form in order to get results. Keep the hamstrings stretched as much as possible throughout the movement in order to keep as much tension as possible on the Gastronomies calf muscle!

Why do members of a chorus stand and not sit when singing?
A friend of mine says that it doesn't make any difference. I disagree with her: I think that standing is better. I think that it has something to do with the freedom of movement of the muscles in the chest and abdomen: standing these muscles are free to expand; while sitting these muscles are cramped. Can anyone offer a professional opinion.
