although i've never use a stationary bike (i;ve kind of always wanted to) but i decided to ride a regular bike
the first couple of days i was really sore but after a couple of weeks my legs became really toned and seemed more muscular
now i love the ride my bike and the results arn't anything to complain about either ;]
