Some Description-- Golf Irons (I)
Maybe some of you have already known it , but to be started of my article, I'll follow the tradition to introduce the importance of choosing the appropriate golf clubs.
Yes, one of the most important aspects to golf is choosing the appropriate clubs to carry in your golf bag. Because the quality and efficiency of your golf clubs is largely going to be determined by the various golf irons that you have. Only through carefully choosing the right clubs are you going to be able to hit the ball farther, more accurately and ultimately improve upon your game.
Irons are aptly named because the heads of the clubs are made up of metal, which historically has been cast-iron. Even though wood drivers are currently made out of metal (just like the popular TaylorMade R9 Driver now )as opposed to wood, irons have been exclusively made out of metal for as long as the game of golf has been a sport. Irons are intended for use on the fairway, in between driving the ball, and putting on the green. There are several different types of irons that you should choose, depending on your style, skill level, and athletic ability.
Some individuals recommend that beginner golfers use titleist ap2 irons that are characterized by a cavity back style. It has also been suggested that golfers who only play recreationally should choose this type of style as well. Cavity back or perimeter weighted irons have a hollowed out club head that makes it much easier to consistently strike the ball in comparison to traditional muscle back irons. This club can be a great help to players as it makes it easier to get greater distance on the ball due to the clubs extra weight.

How is weight distributed to a door frame using an iron gym total upper body pullup bar?
My bedroom door has thin wood trim likely held in with finishing nails and I'm concerned that the plastic bar that rests on the doorway might break off the trim. Does that piece exert enough downward force to push the trim off (I'm 250lbs)? Would reinforcing the trim with 2" wood screws prevent the trim from breaking?
the plastic piece does not put much, it any pressure on the top of the door frame, all the pressure is where the foam on the bars stick out and press against the door frame
