which kind of workout video is best for losing weight?
okay so sometimes i don't really have that much time to go to the gym and i was thinnking about renting some workout videos. so i was wondering what kind work the best? or are the best for losing weight?
liek yoga, pilates, belly dancing, anything?
and i have a swiss ball and a resistance band if that matters

It depends on your target or purpose and to what activity that you will enjoy.. But for me, its Taebo..
