Should I do aerobics or yoga first.?
So I like Yoga because it makes my body feel so good. But I feel like I should do aerobics to get my heart pumping. So which is better to so first. It is better to get the blood pumping on the elliptical and then do yoga afterwards to kind of end it on that relaxing but energized note. Or is it better to work on the flexibility in yoga to get you warmed up before going on my elliptical?
yoga= relaxing, stretching and all that spiritual mind body connection bullcrap (not gonna lie, i do yoga too)
aerobics= working at your 70% target HR...
typical workout= warm up+workout+cool down/stretching
no need for any complicated algorithms lol do your aerobics first.
